A.I. is a team chemistry destroyer. Rip should be in there with Stuckey starting together. Have A.I.'s ass come off the bench then let him go when his contract expires.

Rockets defeat Pistons without Yao Ming last night.

After losing at home last night to the Yao less Rockets the Pistons are 2-6 since Rip Hamilton returned from a groin injury and are 20-19 since acquiring Alan Iverson from Denver for Chauncey Billups on November 3rd of last year.

The Pistons made 56 percent of their shots and had just five turnovers, but were doomed after giving up 39 points—21 on 3-pointers in the opening quarter.

FWIW The Pistons fell to 1-7 on Sundays and Houston is improved to 16-7 with Ron Artest in the lineup, Artest was booed loudly all night by the Pistons crowd stemming from his 2004 meltdown in the Motor City as a Pacer.

Go figure, wil.

I think they were still on the verge of making 1 more run, but as soon as Iverson was added to the team, that was that.......

Once Iverson teamed up with Wallace, it was over before it began.

They were certainly in line to make a good run for Final Eight, but Iverson a moot point now that he's missed almost a month; Rasheed has missed over a month and Ripper has missed almost a month.

Their team D still Top 8, but any Final Eight team MUST outscore opponents by at least four per game, and the Pistons now just slightly being outscored overall

I think Detroit can make some noise in the playoffs if they draw the #7 seed. They are def better w/o A.I. and having Wallace back is big.
