I think not ?

I live near Westbrook, CT, without giving up my exact address, I could walk there, it's within a mile.

It's freaking New England, I want a lobster roll platter, dine in, maybe a beer ?
They don't even answer the phone at 6 pm, some BS message about device beginning on 5/31,which is today

The place has been there for like 40 years, at least, maybe 50 ?

Things aren't back to normal just yetly !

Maybe after yesterday’s events, they want to delay their opening for “other” safety purposes

Those that are open are generally pretty empty except if there is outside seating then those tables are mostly taken.
Waitresses & other workers are not coming back to work there are “help wanted” signs in front of most places, even very nice ones, never see that!
Media, Dems, Fauci & Birx have scared the crap out of our citizens.

Just went out for bbq, no one wearing masks including staff. Didn't bother me but I was surprised.

Again, depends on where you live. My wife and I went to our favorite breakfast place today. Seating limited to 50%. 30 minute wait for a table and a decent amount of people picking up to-go orders.

Not all restaurants are open, many are open for takeout only.

Restaurants with outdoor seating are open for outdoor seating only. No indoor seating yet, not legally anyhow

Some restaurants are so busy or so short staffed they can't handle all the phone calls

Still others are CLOSED ON SUNDAYS

I've experienced all of the above

I'm guessing Bill's Seafood may be overwhelmed and / or short staffed with their outdoor seating area :)

and that’s why blue states are awesome!!

Like NY, MN, IL, CA, OR, ............. Didn't exactly think that one through, it happens :)

You're mistaken blue states for red suburbs my friend

Our blue cities are big enough to control the politics, but they're too small to have a meaningful riot
