Wait a minute. I need to get something straight. Apache and the infamous Rich Collins shut down and stiffed. Melvin from M&M Sports took over some accounts and paid them.
But he told this guy that he wouldn't transfer his account and wouldn't let him continue to play, he was just going to pay him 23k. For what?
Either there is something else to this story or this Melvin is an idiot.

Why is this Melvin responsable for this debt?

It's my understanding that Melvin is responsible because he took apache sports under his wing-an umbrella book.

Melvin of M and M owes the player. Not Rich Collins. Rich Collins was an agent of the company. The player did not use Rich Collins. When he opened his account he spoke to Melvin-not Rich Collins. The player never heard of Rich Collins until March or so when his payouts were not coming out, and Melvin started bringing up this mystereous name. Pay up Melvin.

I have heard of low lifes in offshore sports books, now this has got to top it off. Melvin the owner of M and M Sportsbook calls himself a lowlife Latin. He agreed to pay the player in February, already sent the player $2,500 and is just tired of paying for now. THIS IS PHUCKED UP. WHAT A PIECE OF SHIT THIS GUY MUST BE.

What kind of run around is this. This reminds me of the Little Nasa/Omni crap. The player gets the run around for 6 months and has only been paid $2,500 so far by Melvin. Doesn't M and M advertise in Casino Times. Why is a player even being refered to an agent when he never spoke to an agent. This smells like Omni. Does Melvin and Rizzo hang out and mastermind how to "F" people over.

I just got off the phone with Carolyn at M and M. She says they are under new management and are not responsible for what the old management did even though it means stiffing me for 21k. She says Melvin no longer works there. She said she would take it up with the new management again.
If I don't get paid then I would have to say that it seems as if you open an account with them today, and the employee you open an account with leaves tomorrow then they are saying the player is shit out of luck. This is total BS.
