...you really look like a genius....or should I say a GENIUS? LMAO!

As soon as I re-up with M&M you'll be the first to know. Just got paid by them last week though, so no need for that quite yet. I do thank you for your concern for my well-being though. /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Dear Fever,

Are you dyslexic? You lose me sometimes, and over the phone it's even worse.

JRBR IS THIS YOU IN YOUR NEXT LIFETIME MELVIN. 4 POSTS AND ALL 4 HAVE BEEN TO DEFEND MELVIN. YOUR CREDIBILITY IS WORSE THAN MELVINS. AT LEAST HE HAS PAID A FEW PEOPLE. LISTEN HERE MELVIN, DYSLEXIC IS A WORD YOU TOOK OUT OF MY MOUTH FOR YOU. YOU CAN'T REMEMBER IF YOU OWN APACHE, M & M, OR BOTH. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU SPOKE TO ME ON THE PHONE. WAS IT WHEN YOU WERE DY OR SLEXIC? SUNDEVIL, WHY DON'T YOU LET ME BOOK YOUR BETS. WHY DID YOU TAKE A PAYOUT LAST WEEK IF YOU ARE GOING TO SEND THE MONEY BACK SOON. YOUR SONG AND DANCE IS OVER.

I have had contact with Melvin and I have seen his office in CR and the Apache operation. There is little doubt in my mind that Melvin is an honest businessman and gives his customers a fair shake and prompt payouts with M & M sports.

From what I know Apache is a startup that rents office space from Melvin. Rich Collins was an agent that appears to have told people he would open accounts at Apache for them and received cash from them in person and then never sent Apache the deposit money.

Apache actually had advertised with my website which was a deal that was setup through Rich Collins as well. I did not know the negative sides of his reputation at the time. From what I understand all the players that my website referred to Apache sent the money directly to Apache's office in CR and not to Rich Collins (thank goodness).

I think Melvin is of solid integrity and I don't think that Fever should give him a hard time. I believe he is making an effort to improve this difficult situation.

I don't see where Melvin admitted wrong doing, other than trying to help some people out. You are certainly a jerk, and I have read the last of your capsilulated garbage posts.

Richie, Sonny, Austin, Jerry and the crew were always scumbags, I can't believe anyone actually signed up with them.

Sorry guys

I DON'T KNOW ANYONE THAT SENT MONEY TO RICH COLLINS. THIS IS THEIR COPOUT. MY SOURCE DIDN'T SEND MONEY TO RICH EITHER. BUT STILL NO ONE KNOWS SHIT. WHY WOULD MELVIN ANSWER THE PHONE APACHE SPORTS IF HE WASN'T WITH THEM. MY SOURCE DOESN'T KNOW RICH COLLINS. THEY ALL ARE SORRY. DON'T BAD MOUTH ME. PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS, SEND IT IN TO THEM. MELVIN WILL MAKE SURE IT IS SAFE.

FIRE BAD, WHY DON'T YOU TELL EVERYONE HOW SHITTY THESE SCUMS ARE. AS FOR YOU MATTHEWS-SEND THEM MONEY AND REPORT BACK TO US.

Fever, if all these people are owed money, why have I not received one email from either YOU or them? Casino Times News brought in 20 of Apache's 90 post up players. Our contact information, including a phone number appears in the magazine. My email is everywhere.

The only person who has been in contact with me is Dave Mathews.

...I simply can't let you book my bets because that would make you a criminal in this fine country of ours.

See, much as you're looking out for my benefit by warning me of the dastardly evil that Melvin must be, so I'm also watching your back by not turning you into a criminal.

However, should you move out of this land and open a book, please do let us know for I would love to take your money - much more than I could ever enjoy taking Melvin's. /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I'm a guy that sent Apache money and did not deal with any agents. What the heck is going on? I was never told anything about M&M, and the Apache software still looks like it is accepting bets. Just called Melvin's number as given above. No answer. Just called Apache's number with no answer. To give credit to Apache, they say their phone number doesn't answer at this time of night.

THANKS FOR YOUR CONCERN. THANK YOU TOO MR MATTHEWS FOR DOING SOME DUE DILIGENCE ON THE MATTER. I HOPE MY FRIEND GETS PAID SOON, AND THESE GUYS COME TO REALIZE YOU NEED MORE THAN 50K TO RUN A SPORTSBOOK.

I am the player that Fever 911 was alluding to. I spoke with Melvin today and he said that I will get paid the 23K that I am owed. Yes, I am sure that Rich Collins had something to do with this, but that is not who I signed up with. I empathize with Melvin and company because I know it sucks being screwed. Melvin asked me to call him on Monday so he could give me an update on my situation. I know APACHE was paying people previously because a friend of a friend was paid over 30K from them in January. Hopefully all will work out and I will keep everyone posted. I feel Melvin and company will recover from this and become a better sports operation because of it. Melvin, thanks in advance for being my savior. Rich Collins you are a worthless piece of sh**.

I was owed $23,541 by Apache Sports as of the date of my last wager on -2-16-02. So far I have been paid $2,500 by Melvin through my neteller account. Melvin has paid in small amounts three times so far, the first payment was on 4-16-02. I feel Melvin is helping and has been helpful in my situation. I am still owed $21,041 and am anticipating receiving the rest of it before too much longer. I will continue to keep everyone posted.

I just spoke to CMAN to get an update. Here it is. On 2-16-02 CMAN was owed $23,541 and Melvin told him he had transfered all the Apache accounts to M @ M, and was not going to transfer his account to M @ M, but instead would pay him off instead of having him continue to wager. CMAN has been paid a total of $2,485 from Melvin into his Neteller account. The last payment was $435 in early May. So now Melvin owes him $21,056. CMAN said he last spoke to Melvin 2 or 3 weeks ago and Melvin said he hoped to pay soon. Sounds to me this is getting old. Melvin needs to pay up. Maybe he needs to hold off on his upcoming marriage until he can pay his debts.

Which woodwork did these guys crawl out of?

50 dimes to run a book - what a joke!

This kind of crap is exactly why books have got to be rated, before they can advertise.
