I wasnt watching the thing, but happened to see when i was flipping around, and saw the very end of Kerry's speech....
Then you hear a voice saying lower the balloons, lower the balloons...
I didnt think much about it, til he started getting a little more agitated, then i realized his voice wasnt supposed to be on the air...Not sure if he was on a radio, and the signal was mixing with CNN or what, but you could hear everything....then u hear him saying "cmon more balloons, where are the balloons, what the hell are you guys doing?'......then u hear, "no confetti, no confetti, i need more balloons, where are the balloons"....then all of a sudden, he says "what the fvck are you guys doing? where are the balloons?"...lol, not bleeped out or anything, cant believe no one caught on to this being broadcast before that happened, it went on for a few minutes....I know it was live, but cant believe someone didnt realize his voice was going out over the air, lol, and sure enough he dropped an F-bomb.......
