Anyone use Caesars Sportsbook?

This is the 2nd time I wanted to bet a certain game and make a big bet but couldn't find the game
I don'tknow if it is a game they do not offer for some reason.But I am getting really annoyed with this book

Yea, there are certain rules. I live in Jersey and we couldn’t bet the Army/Navy game because it was being played in the Meadowlands.

Yup I just signed up to try Mgm in New York and it sucks ass. Once nfl season over I’m taking a long break and going back to a friend in Vegas . Legal gambling in ny is a total joke

Told me to send more proof of ID's, addresses, etc.
I finally got accepted and realized they do not offer teasers on any sports.
Plus they keep changing their deposit bonus/Bonus Bet every other week.
For such a well known, wordwide brand their platform is below average.
