Anyone try the Purple Mattress/Cushion

I ordered the purple pillow because of a bad neck. Gave it 3 days and returned it. Awkward, heavy material, non cooling. I can see the bed being the same way, would stay away, all marketing to me, and not comfortable. I was advised to cut pillow in half take a picture and send it to customer service for credit. ( wanted to be green and could not resell)
