I have a contractor doing some work right now on a few rentals. He's in his early 30s and has a flip phone. I had to give him manual directions the first day he went to one of them. I've tried to send him photos and he always calls "I can't really see that, I'll come by in 20...". I asked him about the phone and he said "smart phones are a time suck". Ironic.
