Anyone else stressed!?

Between the kids, wife and new job, I am stressed the FU** out!!!

Sounds like you have anxiety. I am not sure stress even exists.

in my opinion, stress is low-grade anxiety. everyone has some level of stress. when it becomes anxiety, its a problem.

i have gone thru periods of intense anxiety and it is no fun. can't sleep, can't eat, constantly thinking about the problems. however, that passes and life goes on. when life is going on, there are periods of stress.

its all how you manage it.
