canberra are limping into the playoffs, bulldogs have been winning by an average of 40 plus points in their last 7 games! they are coming of a one week break which traditionally this year has not been much of a help
when the line opened at 12.5 i immediately thought it was way to high for canberra to be close tonite.. gl though man cause i like playing value and they are certainly that tonite maybe you should try them on ml as well!
of note seems to me to be two teams respected in future markets to win the nrl grand final, canberra at 15 and penrith at around 8.. they have not budged for a very long time now.. all others have been extended somewhat.. they are keeping these two teams safe..
canberra play a grinding style of football, its not pretty, and fans dont like it, but its been very good for them this year, i expect them to be there when the whips are cracking!

Canberra won by 4 earlier in the season and I read a quote by Canberra's captain saying they had been working on their defense and they planned on holding the Bulldogs to 14. Close enough.
