buying the half....

the utes are 14-3 as away dogs since"95"......won their last 4 straight up as dogs.....

tx a&m is 1-5 ats as a home favorite the last 2 years....

new coach`s for both....franchione for a& m and bowling green wunderkind urban meyer for the utes...

the utes have been very physical for a wac club the last few years...played michigan to a standstill at michigan last year...and keep thinking back to the usc bowl game 2 years ago....they don`t get pushed around....brendan warfield ran for 170+ vs utah st last week..and big marty johnson is back.. they have a two pronged qb situation and it appears both can play a bit...a consistent ballclub that seems to get up for the bigger conference clubs...

a very strong little road club...

a& m only got 15 first downs in beating arkansas st last week 26-11...

utah has 2 extra days to prepare....but,a&m has the bye week coming up...

still, based on past performance,10 looks solid to me....and maybe even a small moneyline....

opinions?.....g.l.

10 looks do-able...

I think it's too low and should go up. I am waiting on some A&M reports before I do anything since I'm not sure about what Fran plans to do as far as the QB situation. I knew the Aggies' historically huge home field adv. was gone last year and posted my thoughts about this last year before the VTech game last year. Took VTech big and got booed of the RX stage, but I feel this is too much of an over-correction at first glance. I havent looked at Utah yet or the aTm defense which is probably the main thing I will base a play on.

May want to take a look at the under in that game. I haven't played it but 2 teams with strong defenses against the run.
