Any reasona why JJ Reddick played all of crunch time?

Inexplicably, Van Gundy give Reddick a DNP-CD tonight in the Magic win.

How the f*uck do you go from literally having the ball in your hands in all of crunch time to a DNP Van Gundy? Jesus, my gut says no Reddick in game 2 Magic would have pulled it out, potentially up 2-1 right now.....its them little things

you cant give a shooter sporatic minutes and expect him to make shots. redick can play in the nba, he's can be a solid starter for an average team or a solid back up for a good team but he just needs consistant minutes because he's a pure shooter.
