1.could the server host be the operator?
2.if so , what the next action that i can take?
should i report to the local police?

In case anyone forgot, UK2000 & his buddies are big into limit circumvention. It's been a while, and I can't recall the rest of the "poster" names, but there is usually a very good reason why they are not getting paid.
