el diablo
I've never heard of Grand Beach, so I'm not exactly sure where it is. The food is one of things on the island. A bit pricy but well worth the money.
Food
Texas de Brazil - Brazilian Steakhouse (rodizio)

El Gaucho - Steakhouse (best steak, fairly priced)

Flying Fishbone - eat on the beach, you will knock her off her feet, I promise you this. It will cost you $20 both ways to get there by taxi, but well worth it if you can afford it.
If you like Japanese - hit up Blossoms in the Wyndhamm Hotel. Excellent place!!
Those are my top choices but I got more. Eat lunches at the hotel/pool/beach, and go out for dinners. Let me know what other kinds of food you like.
CLUBS/BARS
Carlos and Charlies - great place
I mostly hung out in casino's and lounges in all the hotels. Just ask, people will tell you.
CASINO's/SPORTSBOOKS
They are everywhere!!!
I loved the Radisson to gamble. All the hotels down that stretch are great. Some dont have sportsbooks though.
The people are very very friendly on the island. Make sure you rent a 4x4 and get a good map and see the Natural Bridge and Natural Pool. Take it slow cause its a little dangerous but worth it.
