Any In Game Betting Shop For Americans?

With the amazing amount of European matches now availabe through Directv for free and through Setanta, Gol and Fox, I'm somewhat surprised a shop doesn't step up with in game offerings for Americans. Or is there one?

Also I use mostly 5dimes and once in awhile Bookmaker for most of my soccer betting. Is there a good soccer out available to me that I may not be aware of?

I haven't seen one either. Do you bet many totals? It seems like 5dimes only offers totals on certain games and Bookmaker's odds are usually really high.

BetPhoenix and TheGreek offer a good amount of soccer matches for Americans.
