Not the poster but the real deal? Whats the scoop, does that job rock or what?
I'm a doctor in primary care. We do a fair amout of gyn in our practice. So, while not a gyn, I feel I do have an informed opinion on the subject.
I can honestly say that when I rotated through ob/gyn as a student and in post-graduate training, that was the lowest my libido had been since I had gone through puberty!!!
Most of the gyn in our practice falls into one of three catagories: 1) routine pap/pelvics for BCP. (those aren't so bad) 2) STD's (these are usually pretty rank) 3) Post menopausal women (now, there's a good time!)
It's not like you're doing pelvic exams on the girls in the Hottest Picture Ever thread here in the RR. And it's not like in the porn flicks where the pelvic turns into a gang bang.
I've done hundreds, if not thousands, of pelvic exams over the years and I can honestly say, I've enjoyed about two of them. The rest of the time it's just a job. In all honesty, you think it would be all that, but it's not.
