If you were in a league that had unlimited transactions, unlimited innings, and unlimited starts is it against the rules or even the spirit of the rules for a player to pick up starting pitchers everyday for a player to try to bolster his wins and strikeouts.

First time in a daily moves league and just wondered if this is shady or smart. Thanks

Anyone in the league please do not respond with an opinion.

Not a bad idea, just pick up wisely concerning matchups and don't drop anybody you want to keep. Also a strategy known as streaming which I think is fucked up and annoying, but it's where you pick up and drop all the projected starters for the next day so that nobody can pick them up.

I do it , if Im falling behind late in year ... still tough picking good starters though ..( most the studs are gone ) Your choosing from a stock of players with ERAs usually above 5.00, You can get burned doing this , just as easy as getting good stats ...

That's how you win fantasy baseball dude. Especially if you are in a daily change league. It's ethical, and a very good strategy.

I prefer the weekly change leagues myself, and go with 2 start a week pitchers when I make my moves.

I personally think you shouldnt be picking up pitchers daily to try and gain in Wins and k's. Its an unfair advantage and trying to "cheat the system" in doing so! You will have way more starts from pitchers since you will be picking up a new pitcher every night! Just my opinion though

Tell me this shit didn't spill over to the Rx. TTP, you are a funny dude. I get the impression you have a real small penis and are very insecure about it.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. You will gain more K's and wins but there is also a chance you will fuck your ERA & WHIP. There is a reason why those pitchers are free agents. Nevertheless, others could do the same thing, so I don't see why anyone would even complain about it.
