I can't imagine a handicapped man standing in a crowd at a Division I volleyball game yelling racial epithets and nobody saying anything to him or the authorities. Could it have happened? Sure but the most likely scenario is she didn't hear what she thought she heard. It's entirely possible she thought she heard what she said but the person not say anything at all. Large crowd, lots of noise and tensions running high. There are many possibilities here but a mentally challenged man yelling the "N-Word" in front of fans, players and authorities isn't the most likely IMO.
