Salvatore (sal ) cincinelli reportedly shot & killed himself on a crowded nightclub dance floor just days ago . fbi & the local police instructed any & all witnesses to delete any video or photographs that they have of the incident , they were also told to stay OFFLINE & keep quiet about the incident . mr. cincinelli was investigating any wrongdoing in the Clinton foundation

Is the Clinton murder machine at it again ? , mr. cincinelli just died & Jeffrey Epstein was found in his cell lying in a fetal position with marks / wounds on his neck . attempted suicide ? somebody visiting mr. Epstein in his cell roughing him up as a message to keep your mouth shut or else . things are getting interesting aren’t they folks .

a woman called a local radio show to discuss what really happened at the nightclub where mr. cincinelli reportedly committed suicide ( that’s the official statement from fbi & local police anyway ) . now she too has passed away from what authorities are calling ......... you guessed it , suicide . my guess is mr. cincinelli didn’t commit suicide at all but was gunned down by hired killers ?
