Law enforcement is really getting out of hand,the dude kept asking what he did and received no answer, but was being detained against the wall.Then to have like 8 to 10 other officers just pouncing on him and kept hitting him with the taser gun was unreal.The dude didn't even try to run yet was still assaulted by the police.
That was weird, the cop was in plain clothe with all of his equipment, but didn't have plain clothe back up.
It looks like he was walking around on his lunch break and noticed a perp the he knew was wanted on a warrant.
As for the perp, asking what did I do or shouting I didn't do anything is typical behavior even when proof of
their offense is present.

Don't kid yourself - the undercover cop witnessed him do something drug related - the dude was doing his usual "what did I do routine - I'm just minding my own business" - cop already saw that movie like 1000 times - was waiting for help to cuff him - I can assure u he was not just out for a nightime stroll
I don’t think he had a choice at that point I’d be scared shitless seeing 6 people with guns running up on me like that. Deescalate the situation. The cop was never in danger...why are they running up on him and basically jumping him for? Walk up to him and talk. Not run up and mob and jump the kid
