An update from Pinnacle's CEO in response to Covid-19
Dear Pinnacle Customers,
Like you, we are monitoring the global Covid-19 pandemic. This is an unprecedented event in modern times, and there is a lot of uncertainty right now. Therefore, I felt it was important to share an update from Pinnacle.
Pinnacle is a global company, with employees distributed across multiple offices around the world. We have taken steps to ensure that our employees can remain safe and productive during this period, ensuring that operations will continue uninterrupted.
You can expect that we will continue to deliver the same level of service — regardless of what’s happening — to you, our valued customers.
There has been a marked slowdown in the sporting calendar and I’m sure we are all in the same position of hoping it is only a brief interruption. However, we must also understand that these measures have been taken to serve a greater good.
Pinnacle has been a global leader in online sports betting since 1998, and this is the first time in the company’s 20+ year history that all major sporting leagues have suspended or canceled their season. Despite this being an unprecedented situation for many businesses, I want to personally assure you that Pinnacle remains operational and open for business.
In the sportsbook, we are offering some regional soccer leagues that are still being played, and of course esports is largely uninterrupted thus far. In addition, our casino and virtual sports remain open and available for play. You can also rest assured that our payments teams are still processing deposit and withdrawal requests as normal, and our customer service team remains on standby to provide support in multiple languages.
