Ok. Looks like the problem was spotted and is now resolved. It doesn't hurt to always have backup links to sites you visit regularly just in case.

does not respond. Or is it only supposed to when the others are not working?

Also, FWIW, when going to Skybook, I am getting the following error from the pop-up you are trying to open from

http://www.skybook.co.cr

Not Found
The requested URL /pop.htm was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
