Here are today's selections!!! Check back later for the rest of my selections!!!

10 Units Green Bay Packers -8.5 +100

Murphy's Law (what can go wrong, will go wrong) struck the Bears in their opener Sunday, as a blocked field goal run 92 yards for a touchdown and an interception of a Rex Grossman pass in the end zone with eight seconds remaining resulted in a 20-16 loss to the Lions. Grossman completed just 16-of-35 passes for 227 yards and had two interceptions. David Terrell had a career-high 126 receiving yards on five catches, while RB Thomas Jones ran 21 times for just 67 yards and a pair of scores for Chicago (0-1 SU, ATS). The loss spoiled the head coaching debut of the Bears' Lovie Smith. It may be old news but, "the Pack is back!" Brett Favre Brett passed for 143 yards and Ahman Green rumbled for three touchdowns as Green Bay scored a 24-14 win on Monday. The Packers defense added two key second- half turnovers to insure the victory. The Packers took pressure off their veteran quarterback by running the ball 47 times in the game, the second most attempts in Favre's 13 seasons. Tony Fisher backed up Green with nine rushes for 32 yards. Chicago's still working against that Murphy guy, get the Packers in week 2 but the Pack gets the short work week. It doesn't matter. Packers have won seven straight SU, ATS over the Bears who have a hard time on the road (LY: 1-7 SU, 2-6 ATS). And Green Bay is 22-5 SU, 16-11 ATS at home the last three seasons.

5 Units New Orleans Saints OVER 41 -108

The 49ers outgained the Falcons by a 359-227 yards margin, but lost to the Michael Vick led Falcons 21-19 this week. Tim Rattay, returning from a shoulder injury that sidelined him for nearly two quarters, threw a crucial interception near the end zone with San Francisco trailing by eight and looking for a touchdown in the third quarter. He then rallied the offense late in the game to finish 18- of-31 for 175 yards and two scores. Cedrick Wilson had seven receptions for 94 yards while Eric Johnson caught eight balls for 86 yards and Kevin Barlow rushed to 76 yards on 19 carries. New Orleans was toppled 21-7 by the Seattle Seahawks Sunday in their season opener. Aaron Brooks completed 18-of-37 passes for 223 yards with a touchdown and an interception for the Saints (0-1 SU, ATS), who suffered their third straight loss in the series. Ernie Conwell hauled in a TD catch. Deuce McAllister finished with 57 yards on 16 carries, and Joe Horn led the team with six catches for 110 yards. Quarterback Ken Dorsey is expected to make his first NFL start for the San Francisco 49ers after Tim Rattay was diagnosed with a separated right shoulder Monday. Coach Dennis Erickson said Dorsey will start in New Orleans on Sunday unless Rattay heals earlier than expected. The Saints are a sleeper if they step up their intensity, and there is no better time to serve notice of their strength than at home against a team that is in rebuilding mode.

5 Units St Louis Rams +1 -103

The Rams' Marc Bulger hit Isaac Bruce with an eight- yard touchdown toss early in the fourth quarter and St. Louis held on for a 17-10 win over the Arizona Cardinals in the season opener. Marshall Faulk gained 128 yards rushing for St. Louis (1-0, SU, 0-1 ATS). Bulger completed 23-of-34 passes for 272 yards with a touchdown and an interception. He suffered a bruise on his left hand during the game, but is not expected to miss any time. Bruce added 112 yards receiving and Torry Holt finished with 96 yards receiving. Rookie running back Stephen Jackson had 50 yards rushing on seven carries spelling Faulk. LB Pisa Tinoisamoa left the game with a dislocated shoulder. He will undergo an MRI on Monday and is expected to miss significant time. Michael Vick looked just fine despite missing most of the preseason as he led the Falcons to a 21-19 win in San Francisco in their opener Sunday. Vick completed 13-of-22 passes for 163 yards and a score to help the Falcons (1-0 SU, ATS) to their first victory in San Francisco since 1991. Alge Crumpler was the recipient of Vick's scoring toss, totaling six catches for 82 yards. Warrick Dunn carried the ball 19 times for 63 yards. Peerless Price hauled in four passes for 62 yards and now has a catch in 72 consecutive games. The Falcons were last in the NFC against the run last year, but Mora is hoping the switch to a 4-3 will help returning linebackers Chris Draft, Matt Stewart, and Keith Brooking. The Rams still have some questions of their own, but are still more talented at their core than the Falcons. Rams (LY 10-6 overs) won 36-0 a year ago, but were just 4-4 SU, 3-5 ATS on the road. Falcons at home, were (LY: 2-6 SU, ATS) and 7-9 unders.

5 Units Seattle Seahawks -3 +111

The Seahawks 1-2 combination of Matt Hasselback throwing and RB Shaun Alexander running were the right combination Sunday as the Hawks topped the Saints 21-7. Hasselbeck threw for 246 yards and a touchdown on 19-of-29 passes with an interception for Seattle, which forced three turnovers and scored off two of them. Darrell Jackson made seven catches for 98 yards. Alexander ran for two touchdowns and 135 yards on 28 carries, and caught a TD pass before suffering a right knee sprain. Alexander is day to day and might be back to play this game. Tampa Bay limped from their starting gate as the Redskins managed a 16-10 win. QB Brad Johnson finished 24-of-37 passes for 169 yards with one interception and was sacked four times. Tampa's offense struggled throughout and in the third quarter pinned the Redskins at their own nine-yard line as the Bucs' defense scored to tie the game. Still, Tampa had just 169 total yards and 2 yards rushing per carry! The Seahawks are a popular pick to represent the NFC in Super Bowl XXXIX, but they first must continue to learn how to defeat teams on the road. Two consecutive weeks with the big X-country flights for Seattle is a good test. Tampa wide receiver Joey Galloway will not play this game (groin); he's out 3 weeks. The Hawks have an improved defense and the better offense.

Here are the late games:

10 Units New England Patriots -7.5 +101

Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady picked up where he left off in Houston last February by completing 26-of-38 passes for 335 yards and three touchdowns to lead New England to a 27-24 win over the Colts. Indianapolis failed to convert on three different fourth-quarter possessions that would have either given the team the lead or the tie. Corey Dillon, who was making his debut with the Patriots, finished with 86 rushing yards on 15 carries. They had trouble stopping the run against Indy, but that will be far less of a problem this week against a weak Arizona 'O'. The Cardinals defense gave up some impressive numbers to the Rams when the Rams Marc Bulger completed 23-of-34 passes for 272 yards and a touchdown and Marshall Faulk added 128 yards rushing in their 17-10 loss to the Rams. QB Josh McCown completed 18-of-29 passes for 181 yards in his first career season-opener start and rookie WR Larry Fitzgerald led the Cardinals with 70 yards receiving. The Pats' Brady is off to another inspiring type season and should have an even easier time against the Cardinals porous defense. The Pats were impressive on the road LY going 6-2 SU, 5-2 ATS but remember that in beating the Colts by just 3-points they are 0-1 ATS this year. Still, with Dillon adding balance to the offense, the defense should bounce back with a far better game here.

5 Units Dallas Cowboys -5.5 +102

A stifling Cleveland Browns run defense, stuffed Baltimore's Jamal Lewis, holding him to a mere 57 yards rushing in 20 attempts as the Browns scored a 20-3 upset win in week one. New QB Jeff Garcia completed 15-of-24 passes for 180 yards, including a 46-yard touchdown pass to Quincy Morgan and defensive end Kenard Lang recorded three sacks and forced a fumble, taking full advantage of the absence of Ravens Pro Bowl left tackle Jonathan Ogden, who missed the game with a knee injury. The Cowboys outgained Minnesota 423-415 but fumbled twice in Viking territory leading to a 35-17 loss on Opening Day. QB Vinny Testaverde threw for 355 yards in his first start with the Cowboys while former teammate Keyshawn Johnson caught nine passes for 111 yards in his Cowboys' debut. WR Antonio Bryant had eight catches for 112 yards and WR Terry Glenn added five receptions for 84 yards, including a 32-yard TD. The Cowboys did not activate rookie running back Julius Jones with bruised ribs. RB Eddie George didn't get many carries because they fell behind. Dallas was very good at home LY (6-2 SU, 5-2 ATS) with a solid "D" good enough for a 9-6 unders. The Browns on the road LY were 3-5 SU, 4-4 ATS and 9-6 featuring unders. The Browns have improved since last year, and after scoring 21 points on the vaunted Ravens defense, the Cowpokes defense look downright manageable. On the other hand, the Cowboys new found offensive firepower will be the difference here at home.

7 Units Buffalo Bills OVER 37.5 -102

Both teams are off heartbreaking opening games. The Raiders came from behind to tie the game on a dramatic 4th-and-12 bomb, only to lose on a late field goal. And poor Buffalo led the whole way...until the final play of the game! The Bills went with a conservative, balanced offense under new coach Mike Mularkey, and it costs them as they couldn't put away a Jacksonville team that was 0-8 Su on the road last year. In fact, the Jags just about hit their scoring average on the road last season (14 ppg), a tiny number that Buffalo couldn't reach and it ended up hurting them. The Bills have the tools to be a very strong offensive team, with QB Drew Bledsoe, RBs Travis Henry/Willis McGahee and WRs Eric Moulds, Lee Evans and Josh Reed. Yet, sloppy play and conservative playcalling did them in. If they open this offense up, this can be a very strong unit. They should score more this game against a reshuffling Raiders defense that held Pittsburgh to 234 total yards. Oakland's passing offense struck for 292 yards, but 4 turnovers killed them. They had no running game and QB Rich Gannon was erratic, despite 305 yards. Look for a wide-open offensive game with more scoring than might be expected (the Raiders went over the total last week) -- like the old AFL days between the Raiders and Bills.

7 Units New York Jets OVER 47 -103

Get ready for a ton of offense! This is a long road trip for the Jets, and NY was a poor 2-6 SU, 2-4-2 ATS last season on the road. There looks to be a lot of points this game. The Jets have an aggressive new defense under coordinator Donnie Henderson, yet they still looked awful in the opener, allowing 351 total yards, 4 yards per rush to Cincinnati. In fact, young QB Carson Palmer looked liked a grizzled vet in his first NFL game, torching the Jets secondary for 248 yards on 18-of-27 passing! Fortunately, the Jets new-look aggressive offense was strong with 438 yards, 219 rushing yards, 6.4 ypc. RB Curtis Martin busted out with 196 yards. They should score at will against a rebuilding Chargers defense that has gotten younger in each of the last two seasons (and less effective). San Diego pulled off a 27-20 upset at Houston getting great play from QB Drew Brees and RB LaDainian Tomlinson (121 yards, 4.7 ypc). This one has shootout in the beautiful San Diego air written all over it. Both teams are a combined 2-0 over the total thus far, and San Diego was 10-6 OVER last season.

Season 13-6 +45.46 Units (68%)

Totals 5-1 +21.86 Units

Here is tonight's selections:

5 Units Philadelphia Eagles -3 -110

7 Units Philadelphia Eagles OVER 51 -105

A great early season matchup with two genuine contenders for the NFC Championship. Both come off impressive opening week wins. The Vikings' Daunte Culpepper threw for 242 yards and a career-high five touchdowns, including two to Randy Moss, as Minnesota cruised to a 35-17 victory over Dallas in their season-opener Sunday. Culpepper completed 17-of-23 throws, while Onterrio Smith ran 15 times for 76 yards and caught a 63-yard touchdown pass. Injuries at running back could be a factor for Minnesota. The Eagles sent the Giants back to the drawing board Sunday when they wiped out the New Yorkers 31-17. Donovan McNabb threw four touchdown passes, including three to Terrell Owens and Brian Westbrook rushed 17 times for 119 yards in the win. Rookie offensive lineman Shawn Andrews fractured his right leg in the second quarter is done for at least two months. This game will be notable for its high-profile skill players, as Moss, Owens, McNabb and Culpepper are all major names. But the game will be won in the trenches, as the Vikings' offensive line attempts to get the upper hand on a talented Eagles defensive line. Both teams have a singular purpose and that's winning the whole enchilada.
