Cavuto: Stock Market Will Rise
Fox News Channel’s business anchor Neil Cavuto predicts the stock market will rise on news of Saddam’s capture.
Cavuto said Sunday that the stock market "hates uncertainty” and that Saddam’s continued freedom had cast a pall over the market.
The capture of the dictator, who has apparently led resistance efforts within Iraq, will be a "boon to investors,” Cavuto said.
The U.S. stock market won’t open until Monday, but Cavuto says the first signs of a market lift may come from Asian markets late Sunday and a surging demand for the dollar overseas.
