All New Speed Chart

This is an all new speed chart with Howard Sartin's Final Fractions and Ray Taulbot's Final Time from his Slide Rule how to use to get a full race rating add the 1/2 mile rating with Final Fraction rating and Final Time Rating
1/5=.2
2/5=.4
3/5=.6
4/5=.8
To do final Fraction 46.3--110.4 looks like this 46.6-70.8=24.1
now i don't - BL i look for horses that are within 4 1/2 at the str call

So lets do a race BTP RACE-3
#1>224 backed up after 2nd call
#2>251-258 Last race BL 2 IN STR
#3>259 2 1/2 in str last race
#4>249 won last race can he move up off last
#5>224-250 won in state bred race back race good but move forward off that race
#6>223 won last not big # but does have nice 58 bris # with good E1-E2 # if he move forward at price

On the chart above there are 2 90 you can just replace it with 89 or download the chart I have here it's corrected plus I've also uploaded the full final fraction chart it has final fractions for route races since I don't play route

Well I see a lot of you have downloaded the final fraction chart that's great I have a question is how are you using it I'll admit I'm not a big pace handicapper I'm very much burned out from looking at numbers but I do use the chart to determine a horse's form if he can go forward or bounce off a big speed rating now I do not use the total number I only use the two numbers to look at how the race was run let's take the Mth race-12
#1>last race 88-95 on pace all the way did not run hard for 3/4 and put up 97 speed#
#2>2nd race back 91-93 big fig of 111 so if he comes back big chance right
#7>last race 94-96 big race big fig 109 any sheet player will tell you major candidate for bounce
so like i said i use the #'s to see how the race was run and where the horse was close or back past 6.0 Lengths at points of call
if you are looking to put in 3/4 time at 100 start with 109 then down
