For Those That Read My Thread And Don't Want To Shift Through All The Replies, I Am Upgrading A Play To Playoff Goy Status. That Game Is ....

Pittsburgh -8.5

If You Want The Analysis, Go To Original Thread But Overall This Game Should Double The Spread Imo. Pittsburgh Has Dominated All The Teams With Winning Record At Home By Double Digits And Coupling That With The Lack Of Practice Time Of Pennington Who Is Known As Quarterback Who Manages The Game And Doesn't Turn It Over, Is A Recipe For Disaster Since A. Plays Poorly This Year In Big Games And B. His Worst Game Of The Season Was Against Steelers (3 Interceptions).

Cheapseats,

I am so confident on the Steelers here that I would lay up to 17 in this one. I think the Jets will run out of gas and get ran over by the much better team. Best of luck.

Looking at those......

Margin of Victory Odds, it looks like The Jets are The Favorite to win by less than 3.5!

MR. $$$ BAGS:

What didn't come through when I copied and pasted was the last line odds for the Steelers to win by greater then 19.5 points, which is actually the favorite at +318. As for the Jets, the top line are the odds for them to win by greater then 3.5 points is +437, not less then 3.5 points.

oldmanted,

I am assuming by your post that you also love the Steelers? Is this correct?

All the stats lead to PItt winning but more than that but i would take the points and stick with the Jets.

I've made no decision on this game. Because you feel so strongly about this game, I thought I would provide you with another option to consider in light of your statement that you would lay up to 17 points. The Margin of Victory proposition provides you with some pretty decent returns if you believe that the Steelers will cover by that many points. Just trying to assist you. Nothing more.

OMT, some of those spreads are only two, three #'s.. I've seen @ SIA blocks of 5 points, i.e. Pitt-6-10; Pitt -11-15, Pitt -16-20, etc.. Just something else to look at..
