has fiber and very little calories...just look at the micro bag crap..TONS of trans artery clogging fat...and butter


makes me sick after eat just a bit of it

Mrhog....stopped microwave stuff to much transfat..trust me go get a airpopper they can not be more then 20$ or so

1/4cup orville redenbacker kernals.... if you want add light salt to it just a pinch but its good by itself.

Air popped corn rocks....if you need to add something to help the salt to stick you can use a tiny amount of melted butter or if you really want to be healthy about it use some olive oil cooking spray.
