Advice on Large Withdrawal

Yeah I don't know wtf to do with bitcoins.

Even if I deposit it I'm worried about how to report it on my tax return? If I don't report it now there's a huge risk if I ever get audited. If I report it on my taxes I'm worried about the issue of not having a W2G and the fact there was no estimated tax made on these winnings.

if I'm willing to be patient and withdrawal the cash via ATM cards over several months aren't i correct in thinking this is essentially untraceable?

This would be a good route. No need to give up any profits to uncle sam until they want to legalize it

I have always been told that if the withdrawal or deposit is less than 10k they don't have to report anything to he govt. Now banks can do anything hey want if they see something suspicious but if you get a second account at another bank and stead out the withdrawals you should not have any issues.

Trust me man, with automation, big brother is watching more than we know. Even if a teller is suspicious of 1 transaction of less than $10,000 they have to fill out what they call a Currency Transaction Report. I mean just suspicion can trigger a report. If a teller misses it, there are many more eyes that look at all large cash transactions. Virtually impossible to get away with anything this size anymore.

What you have been told is 100% false.

Bank employees can do a SAR (suspicious activity reports) to the government. You can be nailed for bundling and wire fraud at any amount. You can read all about it here.
