Guns arent the killers... its the people who find any means possible to inflict damage and take lives that are the problem. I can name you hundreds of things that have killed more people than guns have...

Only way to solve it, is to adapt a Singaporean legal system! Virtually no crime there. Better yet use these assholes for medical/science research. That will stop it asap!! At least they'll contribute something useful to society. Why use lab rats or monkeys, use these fuckin' scum bags! If you're on camera, plus DNA that's it, no need for a long trial, off to the test labs you go!
