THANKS! I have been following your advice for a few months. I never planned on posting on this site, only viewing for information. I decided to register because I wanted to thank you for your UCONN play ( I was with you even when you had TOL at first :nono5: )

there is this capper some of you probably know him, he comes out last week and says he has inside info on toledo and he makes a poy on toledo for large money, everyone goes and puts in for toledo. then he comes back and says cancel that i have a play of decade on uconn now and puts it in for 12 dimes. ive seen people cancel bets before but not turn around and go opposite for 12 dimes. im guessing his info is based on gradowski? but all the reports ive read say he is coming along and will play. what do you guys think of this?

I think it was Deb that said the MAC was a better conference than the watered down Big East, I may be off on the exact quote.
When you looked at the power ratings, it was true that the Big East was the 8th best conference in all of football, and that isn't very good. However the MAC is 15th best, yes 15th best.
Power ratings from Sagarin had UCONN the higher rated team by 1/2 point.
Ratings aren't the only thing however, there was news that the QB was fine and ready to go, even the report from the game during 1/2time of the Fresno game they said that. They even alluded to the Cincy QB.
Do you really think, that the Toledo staff is going to come out and say he is less than 100%, absolutely not.
UCONN beat Pitt who is in the BCS game, they may be a young program in the IA world, but people dismissed them greatly. I am not a fan of UCONN, or a hater of Toledo, I love the MAC, and do well with it. This beating was way bigger than expected, but it wasn't totally out the realm.
The oddsmakers got what they wanted, they got the squares to load up on Toledo. Too good to be true, it was.
Most major books had Toledo bets 3 to 4 to 1, guess they are happy tonight, as well are the uconn supporters.
