I'm getting tired of this and I'm now gonna just play a crap load of games till I hit the 50% or below mark, at which point I will take a huge break or the whole season off maybe, from capping my own games. Gonna use a bit of a different outlook and strategy for tomorrows games, than I have before, but that ain't saying much since I have switched things up a couple times already without stating so.
So I'm putting a play on every game tomorrow, don't have Houston/Philly line yet at my book...so that will come sometime later. If you think my capping death is soon approaching, feel free to fade my picks :lol:
Maybe, if at least I go 2-6 or worse....I think I could be a fade master at the very least!

Why? Because ever since I've been using a certain system to help with making the picks for me the last few days, which I have tried to tweak a couple of times these last couple days, I've been as cold as ever (2-15 record)...
I'm not gonna disclose how these picks are made with this system, and it could just be a complete fluke.....but I'm gonna let this system make picks for me, but it will require me to play all games, to make the best use of it at the moment. I was a complete idiot for not doing much backtesting at all at first, but since I just tried back testing it a lot more, just today, it ends up picking just a lot of losers instead of winners ATS, through the season! Though it requires about 20 or more games played after the season starts before the system could be of any use I would say.
I wish I had more time to test it, but I will just let it keep going, and it will be of similar style to the picks made the last few days, but it will pick the opposite side, of course! This could be a fluke, like a lot of made up systems just come and go, but I'm gonna try it for the hell of it. I don't recommend to follow(nor fade), because the chances are, it won't be a profitable system, but I'm gonna let it post picks and see how it goes..

Gonna repost all my plays in this one post here with the current lines, and have them between 1-3 units. I will start a seperate record for these system plays. If this system seems to keep winning, I will keep it going. I'm not sure about separating the plays unit-wise, and I might make them all 1 unit if the overall record seems the most consistent. Remember this system is just experimental and, like 99.9% of systems made up by random forum posters like me, will probably not work well enough in the long run in most circumstances without backtesting it with previous NBA seasons, but it's worth a shot

It's been awhile, but I've been spending a lot of time working on a brand new formula that has had a bit of success for me. It's got 3 picks tonight with good value. It may not be perfect at this point, but I'm gonna jot down it's picks here for now anyway.
So here are the 3 teams it spits out with value for tonight. It's mostly used to find value for underdogs. I still have plans for more complexity for the formula in the future, so you can their worth right now with a grain a salt:
Bobcats +6.5 or more
Rockets +3.5 or more
Hawks at +6.5 or more

Many more filters and tweaks to the system formula. Seems to be more out of the experimentation phase by now. Gonna limit it to dog plays, or favorites with just a slight point cover. If it starts to get very consistent success, I'm gonna make a new and more organized thread for it, with record keeping and such. Right now I'm just spitting out some of it's picks right now when I have the time, while tweaking it. Seems close to the final stages, fingers crossed. damn now I remember why I didn't make New Orleans a play, it's a filter that also prevents the Jazz from being a play. But I've been sort of back and forth with my opinion of it in the system (it has to do with betting on a team that is going against a good team that is just coming off from losing at least 3 straight)
But since I posted it, might as well make the Jazz a play as well and hope I will at least split between the two. Jazz wouldn't be as bad in this instance obviously, because they can still let the solid team they play against break their losing skid, but still cover. So here is my full card once again, but final. Sorry if this is getting redundant :lol:
