Bad day. My unit management has been awful for the most part... aside from the Cavs bailing me out lol. So I'm done with varying units, and will just post all my picks as just that, picks.. that all count as one unit. I've been tallying up my units the wrong way as it was anyway :>Grin>

i love both of your late plays man. tough luck on the early ones but helluva year so far.
one thing that would be nice is if you added your won/lost units and then did a daily thread with the win/loss and the +/- units in the title.
ie: 41-23-3 +15.7 units
this would bring more attention to your plays.. that way more people can cash in on your action.

I dunno I'm kinda liking the one thread approach at the moment. I actually don't want to encourage too much attention actually. I'm just starting out in this field, but I just seem to know a bit about the NBA. At least that's what I think....
I seem to be at my best with my picks on days where there a lot of games, but I only put a play on about half of them. I don't have a long enough reputation to be tailed from, but I'm documenting my picks right now anyway on this board. Just in case I do end up 60% or better over the long haul.
And my picks use no formula, just a very little bit of browsing stats and info, but it's mostly just looking at the matchups before looking what the lines are. I envision in my screwed up mind, of how the game will turn out..THEN after I formed my opinion of the matchup, I'll take a look at the line. Cause when I look at the line right away, it seems to influence my opinion without even knowing it!
I think that's been my best strategy so far. The picks I end up over analyzing, I end up being wrong usually. A simple minded approach I have, and that may not be what you wanted to hear..
Anyway here are my early picks for..

It was almost like a heat check day for me. I probably wouldn't have normally put a play on all these games. At first I was thinking just the one play on Portland, but then I figured what the heck and ended up playing the other 3........
