What I will say is the truth, and have the documentation to prove it, all from a .gov website with the state and county.

He lives in a house that a deceased veteran paid for, that he then swindled the veterans widow to sign over to him on a "Claim Deed"... Which he filled out in his sloppy ass handwriting, then had her sign (Her signature is gorgeous btw)
