A little help with 5dimes wager that got voided

I'll keep it simple. A perfectly fine wager which should have been graded as a win, was Voided hours after the Bosnia/Argentina match, because of "bad line". I think this is definitely in error and frustrating because the wager was lined fine, placed fine, sweated through, and should've been graded a win.

-I took Bosnia TO NOT Score in both halves, laying -160 vs Argentina. Bosnia was -130 to score in the match. They scored once in the match, in the 2nd half.

-3 hours after the match, the wager goes from Pending to Cancelled. I was confused and inquired on live chat telling them i think an error as made. I was told with swiftness, "bad line". The correct line was supposed to be -950. (?!?!?)

-Frustrated and confused, I thought maybe it's just me and I asked several ppl who would be familiar with futbol lines and markets, including this forum's rolltide. Everyone responded to me the same way "seems like a fine line to me" "def. not a bad line" "shady if your book isn't paying that out"

-With how they seemed to not pay much attn to what i said, only to quickly reply with 'bad line', I wonder if they even realize what my complaint exactly is. The -950 line doesn't even make sense in this context and I believe the line was accurate. Also I have my doubts on if the wager would've been graded as a loss if Bosnia did score in both halves. And it was voided several hours after the match.

Anyone with any tips on how I can get them to take this serious. I feel the error is obvious and could/should be rectified with ease.

Phone them and ask to talk to a sportsbook director or someone in the know. The live chat people know nothing. They are actually pretty fair there and you should get lots more satisfaction speaking with someone live. I've had similar experiences in the past with them and they rectified it after speaking with them live. It was not a bad line.

I really do not mean to come off as rude but to put it very buntly- This was definitely a bad line and you are not getting paid. (If I saw this line and it was legit, it would be a bankroll bet).

From what I read, you clearly mean that Bosnia had to score in each of both the 1st and 2nd half for you to lose. Maybe the people you talked to didn't understand that, thinking you were betting on a shutout (which was around +125).

Look at it this way, for that to happen, Bosnia's team total for an adjusted line of under 1.5 would have probably been around -400 to -500 or higher, just ballpark. You could conceivably have them score 2 or 3 goals and still win your bet (if they all came in one half). You were betting against Bosnia scoring multiple goals spread out between halves, which was very unlikely.

For reference.. The lines for today's games for each team to have a scoreless half are as follows:

Portugal -380
Germany -235
Nigeria -295
Iran -890
USA -340
Ghana -370

Bosnia at -950 for a scoreless half seems perfectly accurate, especially as a bigger dog than any of these teams, even a much bigger underdog than Iran. Iran is +300 on the ML, Bosnia was +800.

Sorry, but this was a bad line. Plain and simple.
