Like your style.redpimp said:Cant call my diet superb by any stretch of the word...But i am exactly like you, i drink heavily once or twice a week..No beer for me now though.(Actually nowadays i drink about 6-8 drinks of grey goose with different mixes which is far better than what i used to do. I also drink atleast 2 bottles of water when the clock strikes 2am and have not suffered hangovers in many months)..
Good thing is if i get drunk on a friday, i dont normally go out drinking saturday or sunday and my diet takes some major hits day after drinking...At times i dont even eat a thing the whole day.
But come Monday i feel great, and cant wait to hit the gym....
I am glad i dont touch alcohol at all in my house..(dont know why but it never ever occurs to me to get a drink while in the house especially since i dont drink beer any more)
