72 degres here, just another beautiful day in berea ky.... 13min warmup at krispy kreme, hit the track for 33min tryin to see them soccer boys stretchin out... no luck for hognuts... tried joggin for 15min..... but who am i kiddin, i can barely tie them shoes. walkin back to the car was a bitch... 12 stairs all together.......hognuts tired and still fat............. yeeeeeeeeeha...... day 2... 65 degrees and cant waait to see the sun come up here in berea..... fellers let me tell you something...... walkin at 4 in the mornin is the best thing, no traffic.... and by no traffic i mean fewer people out on the street pointin at me and laughin.....some of you fellers might think i do it cause it cooler here in berea that time of the day, but i pretty much sweat all day.... 3 HOURS AND 36 MINUTES! yeeeehaaaaa.for the last hour,i was so tired all my body fat was hurtin..i got to thinkin,if somebody stops and offers me a ride,would i sweat profusely all over their car? fellers i fully extended today,i think i will be in the recliner for the rest of the day, just me and my twinkies.....after walkin for over a year and a half i can proudly say i lost half a pound.........'keep the continue'
