Question:
If I pick up a banana, peel it and eat while eating 2 slices of plain wholewheat bread and a glass of low fat milk I would feel I just had a very healthy, low calorie, albeit boring lunch.
I just mushed a banana and put it between 2 slices of the same bread (no butter) and grilled it in the George Foreman and it was delicious.
The calorie/nutrition values are the same regardless of grilling. Correct ? Same question applies to the same example with a slice of cheese.
