Ever hear of a VPN (virtual private network?) That's the standard workaround people use here for any blocked site, including gambling sites.
Also, I can access my offshore (The Greek) with no problems whatsoever. It's not blocked.
I also have a local PPP (pay per head) book I use. He's online and I can access his site with no problems. It's not blocked.
Plenty of ways to gamble on the internet here. You just have to be resourceful and use your brain.
