5dimes may want to treat their long term clients with respect or go bankrupt

After dealing with 5dimes for 10 years I have noticed the management seems to think players will accept poor treatment...


Not so.......


Several of my friends have severed ties with this company .....


basically due to a variety of issues......


They definitely need some college grads from the USA or England to manage the failing operation....


The management is horrendous ...


They need to professionalize the operation.....it's sinking quickly....


VERY TOUGH getting paid .......


I had to make (20) phone calls on my last few withdrawals.........


Phones donot work......and the "Live Chat" reps need additional training for the most part...


It is rather obvious....many need some social skills.....


IT is no wonder why viryually all the sportsbooks have gone belly up.......save for a few fringe players.....



that seem to be successful ...only because there are limited options....

Had to use my first post to smack you down. A lot of fear mongering and no substance there. 5Dimes is a top book period. Reduced juice and they always pay. From the looks of it, you're crying like a bitch in multiple threads, we all know you've got an agenda.

The High School grads simply donot have the social skills, in most cases......with no disrespect.....
