My account got suspended due to inactivity. Interesting move being no other site does this but whatever. I decide I want to deposit so go to live chat. The live chat person tells me the only person who can help is Tony and he is not available. I ask when I can speak to him and am told to just keep trying, he doesn't have a schedule. What kind of a business model is this?

Just the way it is. They have always been reasonable with me.

When was last deposit? Over a year.. two years?



I wouldn't worry about it.


Also, a lot of people get confused with the American business model. Ie, an American customer will shit on any company offering a service and then go cry like a bitch to the media or whatever..... do that with Tony and he'll shut your ass down. Like it should be.

I can't speak for Tony or 5Dimes but I have heard that most employees don't know his schedule and he just comes and goes
But I also believe he doesn't have to be physically in the office for him to jump on a call or Live Chat. ( I could be wrong )

I would try after 5pm, and just go to chat and ask for him, not there, just try again

I'm not even sure when last deposit was as I use many books. As far as I know I wasn't shut down for "sharp" play so why should I have to go thru loops to make a deposit? Just seems they are trying to lose customers with a model like that.

I'm going out to dinner on Friday. Haven't been to this steak house in a couple years. Hope they don't make me to speak to the GM cause I've gone to other restaurants.

You'll be fine. 5dimes is worth it. They've got the best options.

I know it sounds weird. I'd just do it. Likely 2 minute deal.

Just like a credit card company, if you don't use your credit card for a year or more, they will close your account.

But I've never heard of a sports book doing this.......

tony is a supreme being and his pet peeve is any customer who is a chronic withdrawer. if you are not guilty of that he may let you back. his motto is "just leave it in". he abhors anyone who withdraws on a monday and then re-deposits on a friday. do not treat him like a local and you will stay on his good side, which matters.

Amazing that he has no person behind to handle certain issues... But maybe all issues are the same to Tony.

They simply stopped processing credit card deposits from me out of the blue, no reason ever given. Told me I had to use some other method and that's that

NEVER HAD ONE SINGLE ISSUE WITH ANY OF MY CARDS OR DEPOSITS

The theory is that since I did in house transfers to other peoples' accounts, probably as many as 15 or more fellow RXer's, I may have been linked to a bad account. A little research or a single conversation should be able to figure that out, but they obviously just don't care and are too damn lazy to figure it out

Customer service = F

And I was a big advocate for their site before this bullshit, now I'd advise to stay away if only because they treat people like assholes

active accounts Bovada & Bookmaker, I'll use some offshore acct come football season

then again, legalize sports wagering might change a lot of things
