My account got suspended due to inactivity. Interesting move being no other site does this but whatever. I decide I want to deposit so go to live chat. The live chat person tells me the only person who can help is Tony and he is not available. I ask when I can speak to him and am told to just keep trying, he doesn't have a schedule. What kind of a business model is this?
They simply stopped processing credit card deposits from me out of the blue, no reason ever given. Told me I had to use some other method and that's that
NEVER HAD ONE SINGLE ISSUE WITH ANY OF MY CARDS OR DEPOSITS
The theory is that since I did in house transfers to other peoples' accounts, probably as many as 15 or more fellow RXer's, I may have been linked to a bad account. A little research or a single conversation should be able to figure that out, but they obviously just don't care and are too damn lazy to figure it out
Customer service = F
And I was a big advocate for their site before this bullshit, now I'd advise to stay away if only because they treat people like assholes
