5 Year Old Attacks Teacher

A Florida teacher was hospitalized after being attacked by a 5 Year Old student .
The assault took place at Pines Lakes Elementary School in Pembroke Pines , FL

A police report described the incident as an aggravated assault with hands , feet & first .
The student will NOT be facing any charges .

The whole thing started when two students aged 4 & 5 started throwing things around the pre - k classroom & AT the teachers .... then the kids started flipping over chairs
One of the teachers took the 5 Year Old to a " cool-down" room to chill out & that's where she was attacked .

The teacher got on the school radio asking for help & that's when an officer responded , he found the teacher sitting against the wall & needed help getting up as she was clearly weak & dazed as she began coughing & dry heaving as the officer called in & requested a rescue unit .
The teacher continued to blink & breathe normally but wasn't able to respond vocally or show any signs of a response .
The rescue unit showed up & put her on a stretcher & took her to a nearby hospital .

The teacher had severe injury & will need surgery .

The 5 Year Old is a" Special Needs " student continued attacking the teacher after she hit the floor & was unresponsive , the 5 Year Old boy also jumped on her & attacked him with his body weight .
Which caused the severe injury in which she will need surgery .
The teacher had to be Intubated at the hospital

It's not the 1st time this same student has attacked the teacher ..... in fact this makes the 3rd time the teacher been taken from the classroom in an ambulance because of injuries from the same student .

Last time , the teacher was treated for a concussion after the student pinned the teacher under a bookcase .

How big is this kid ?

She couldn't handle a 5 Year Old ?
& this kid has attacked her & injured her twice before enough where she needed to be taken out by ambulance .... C' Mon Man

This same kid has basically owned her ass & obviously isn't afraid of her , she may well want to think about retiring from teaching !
