--My profession gives me no advantage in this situation. I graduated from the RCPM Academy in Regina Saskatchewan and served 2.5 yrs in Fort Mcmurray. My mother is american and my father is canadian. I have an advantage and therefore I pursued an opprtunity to get closer to family and contribute to my community in Virginia I explained simply why my cousin came to me vs anyone else and since I was family it was a logical choice. From the beginning I preached Prevention and Education, At no time did I ever say that I was trying to get any money back for anyone. The Irish Government is collecting the information from anyone and at not time did I promiss anything however this is the only way a positive step can be taken now

Copshops - when I emailed odce I received a response but it was pretty noncommittal. Have there been any persons that have filed this complaint and what type of response or assistance have they received?

For the record and so it is clear for everyone, The ODCE (Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement) primary functions are:
1) To encourage compliance with the Companies Act.
2) To enforce the Companies Act, including by investigating and prosecuting suspected offences and by refering serious indictable cases to the Director of Public Prosecution for consideration.
3) To supervise the activity of liquidators and receivers in the discharge of their functions under the Companies Acts.
The ODCE responsibilities does not include the recovery of debt for third parties - this can be remedied by the civil action of creditors themselves.
I know as much as you do Bucky, I do know that the Irish government is more than happy to get info. on business men operating a sportsbook illegally in their country.
ESB operated based on the fact that he had a license in Jamaica and wasn't taking bets in Ireland.
Now, he doesn't have a license in Jamaica and is operating without a license in Ireland.
The question people have is Ireland less regulated than Jamaica because they were kicked out of Jamaica for fraud?

--Many people have tried all kinds of tactics to get paid for a longtime but to no avail. What they are known to do is forget the older clients and try to recycle newer clients, in other words pay them some and encourage them to introduce new people with good referral bonusses and start all over, this is a tactic that a former employee has mentioned and this way they are not lying when asked or confronted if they are paying clients.

I have given ESB about 5k worth of action hoping that they would view me as a valuable player and give me a $500 payout. When I called for the $500 payout (mu account is over 4 grand) they said that it would be at my houst at the end of the week. That was 2 weeks ago. Called for a tracking number again today, and they hung up on me.
How can these guys stay in business?

I doubt it they are NO PAYOUT BOOK. Many hundreds of people have been burned by them including myself. Maybe what you could do is if you really want your money is called dennis Atiyah from his office in Penn. and warned him if he doesn't pay you your money you'll go to the Sec. and FBI he lives here in the U.S. I think whitehall,Pennslyvania to be exact. Maybe then he might send you something or at least put that asshole in jail.
