As regards ESB's claim to being a sportsbook based out of Jamaica, we know that is false. They should not be based in Ireland in the first place, but the Department of Enterprise and Employment probably feels they have bigger fish to fry.
I used to work for an internet bookmaker in Ireland not long after the whole internet things started, and this was just before I started working for Easybets. One night a police officer turned up looking for directions at the house I was working in.
I did'nt know what he was looking for and thought my number was up. Fortunately, I stayed calm, and he was on his way. The same could not be said for my work colleagues who decided to hide out down the pub.
Those days....there was no legislation dealing with Internet betting in Ireland

Mick J are you sure that is what they are telling him. How can that be after 4 months Jesus. Yelnam13, Go to that link that dermo gave you and contact that U.S. phone # and contact Mark Hovan or Dennis A. and tell him that esb has not paid you the money owed to you for now 4 months and you'll go to the Ireland authorities if they don't pay. Let me know what they tell you.

They are telling me that there is a back log in payouts and they don't know when it will be my turn to get paid. They offered me the advise of trying to get smaller payouts...like $500. SO I did. 2 weeks ago. They said that if I didn't get my money withen 3 weeks, that they would Western Union it to me($500). They owe me about $4,000. I originally tried to get a payout in November! After the money not being in my account or in my wallet for 2 months, they finally put the money back in my account. So I started all over again in the first week of February...still I have not received a dime. I am waiting another week for this $500 to come, if it doesn't, I will try to take extreme measures.
