I'll bet. I'd think the airlines would only fly there like once a week now. I feel sorry for someone that unknowingly goes there for a week and can't leave their hotel room at all.

nobody stays in their room. lol....but once in a while they get caught. It's not worth coming here. You literally cannot do anything (legally)
