10 US Soldiers Killed Today.

What is going on in Iraq. A 1st Infantry Division soldier was killed Thursday morning by a roadside bomb in Baqoubah, north of Baghdad. Eight 1st Armored Division soldiers were killed Thursday in a car bombing south of Baghdad. A soldier was killed Thursday morning in an attack in Baghdad. A soldier died Thursday from injuries sustained in a non-battle vehicle accident Wednesday in Baghdad.
As of Thursday, April 29, 722 U.S. service members have died since the beginning of military operations in Iraq.

It seems that the American public is being led into that old false sense of security regarding the enemy. They thought that we were fighting a bunch of pajama clad pigmies that popped out of spider holes in Nam. The VC were experts in booby traps and concealment but the NVA were the man. These well trained and armed soldiers were valiant fighters.

The"insurgents" are of the same ilk. They are not playing games and are not afraid to fight or die. I have been on the receiving end of a B-40. I imagine that the new models are much better. God bless the brave troops who are fighting in Iraq. Fallujah will be like Hue or TET 68' down south, door to door and street to street, advantage to the indigenous enemy.

Junior and his gang of cowardly, draft-doging chickenhawks ran and hid but send our young men off to die in a heartbeat. They should be horse-whipped!
