I like selective short favorites & dogs in the right spots. For the life of me I can't wrap my head around seeing some people betting -200+ favorites constantly. That's a recipe for disaster.
Hard to believe the Mets were the top bet team preseason to win the National League. They're horrendous the first half of the season. It didn't help them today that they don't match up well vs Musgrove and he's been in pretty good form lately. As long as the Padres don't give up 10 runs in the last couple innings I'm good. Damn, that was a jinx ?same...dont go much aBove 150...and always limit juice. 2 dogs i pick today lose, go figure.. hopped on the over when padres went up 3-0, at least make up for mets debacle if padres keep hitting. The Padres bring in some gas can Morejon and he gives up 2 runs, 2 hits and a walk in the 8th inning without recording an out so far.
