This could be a negative factor for the NL

" On NL side four players were added to replace the Cubs’ Marcus Stroman, the Brewers’ Devin Williams and the Braves’ Spencer Strider and Bryce Elder. Stroman, Strider and Elder were all lined up to start this week, making them unavailable for Tuesday’s All-Star Game.

Mets rookie right-hander Kodai Senga, who has a 3.31 ERA in his debut season, will fill Stroman’s spot. Senga is coming off a dominant start Wednesday against the D-backs, pitching eight innings of one-run baseball and striking out 12.

The Giants’ Alex Cobb will take the spot of Elder, who is scheduled to start Sunday. In his second year with San Francisco, Cobb has a 2.91 ERA with 86 strikeouts in 89 2/3 innings.

Brewers ace Corbin Burnes will replace Strider, the current Major League leader in strikeouts with 155. Burnes, who won the 2021 NL Cy Young Award and led the NL in strikeouts last season, has a 3.94 ERA in 107 1/3 innings this year.

Phillies closer Craig Kimbrel -- the NL Reliever of the Month for June -- will take the spot of Williams, who will travel to Seattle but will not pitch. Kimbrel has 14 saves for Philadelphia and has allowed just one run in 17 innings pitched since June 1.'

When was the last time NL won All-Star Game?

The NL has not won an All-Star Game since 2012. They won that game 8-0 at Kansas City's Kauffman Stadium and Melky Cabrera, then with the Giants, was named MVP after going 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 RBI. Justin Verlander, then with the Tigers, started for the AL and surrendered five runs in the first inning.

Ninety-two Major League Baseball All-Star Games have been played since the inaugural one in 1933. The American League (AL) leads the series with a 47–43–2 (.522) record, and a 381–374 run advantage.[1] The NL has the longest winning streak of 11 games from 1972 to 1982; the AL held a 13-game unbeaten streak from 1997 to 2009 (including a tie in 2002). The AL previously dominated from 1933 to 1949, winning 12 of the first 16. The NL dominated from 1950 to 1987, going 33–8–1, including a stretch from 1963 to 1982 when they won 19 of 20. Since 1988, the AL has dominated, going 27–6–1. In 2018, the AL took their first lead in the series since 1963.
The "home team" has traditionally been the league in which the host franchise plays its games; however, the AL was designated the home team for the 2016 All-Star Game, despite it being played in Petco Park, home of the National League's San Diego Padres. This decision was made following the announcement of Miami as host for the 2017 All-Star Game, which was the third consecutive year in which the game is hosted in an NL ballpark. The criteria for choosing the venue are subjective; for the most part, cities with new parks and cities who have not hosted the game in a long time—or ever—tend to get the nod. In the first two decades of the game there were two pairs of teams that shared ballparks, located in Philadelphia and St. Louis. This led to some shorter-than-usual gaps between the use of those venues: The Cardinals hosted the game in 1940, and the Browns in 1948. The Athletics hosted the game in 1943, and the Phillies in 1952.
A second game was played for four seasons, from 1959 through 1962. The All-Star Game Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award was introduced in 1962 and the first recipient was Maury Wills of the Los Angeles Dodgers. The 2008 game featured the longest All-Star Game by time: 4 hours 50 minutes, and tied for innings at 15 with the 1967 game.

Since 1997—AL is 21-3-1. Last 9 AL won as Hache said. 7-2 went under. T-Mobile Park in Seattle is a larger park and with the pitchers rotating in and out constantly (hitters only getting 1 At-bat), the rhythm of the game supports defense/pitching. Over/Unders are typically lower than other parks in SEA vs other parks...leaning AL right now despite weaker lineup- use with my Vlad HR prop bonus money from last night...would love to see a high-scoring game..

Couldn't decide on a side so Playing over 7 -120
looks to be a good call, saw clown capper Doug Kezerian on daily wager gushing over his love of the under for so many obvious reasons. He went on and on about the amazing stud arms and situations it would go under, makes me want to go oppo/contrarian just for that. Now watch there be a double no-hitter going to 8th....LOL Good luck, Hache! :grrr:

saw clown capper Doug Kezerian
He's got more knowledge than you.
Some people call you a clown capper for posting 18 plays every single day.
