Small sample size but he's been known as one of the better backups in the league and several bettors have suggested that he is not a big downgrade over Tannehill.
Tough to judge backups in a vacuum because they get so little practice and game time experience and receive comparatively less attention from coaches. And when they do get into games it's usually under unfavorable circumstances.

To me it just looks like a run of the mill NFL coach with no clue about adjusting in game.
If Miami wants a chance in this game they need to spread Pitt D out with 4 + 5 WR + go no huddle
This way they can get more possessions and at least give themselves a chance of a comeback plus Pitt is weak against the pass when you spread them out and run crossing routes.
