I think that they do since none of the games started and other players have made picks later in the day as well in other weeks

Actually they should not since cutoff is 12 and I may have to go back and scratch those that were counted in the past.

Not to poke the bear but as someone who posted one week after 12 I felt the need to point out that is says :

7. You may play any game that has not already started prior to your post

That is from the 1st post in http://www.therxforum.com/showthread.php?t=859162.

Had to look for the 12 o'clock rule and saw that it is in the 2nd post of every weeks picks threads. The 1st post has the same "ad" as in the contest thread cited above with the same rule 7.

You are correct.
The 12 Oclock rule does not apply to this contest.
