Monday night Football – Baltimore Ravens vs Jacksonville Jaguars re-cap

By EliteWinnersClub.com

This is a re-cap on the Monday night NFL game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Jacksonville Jaguars. There is a reason we chose not to play that game and offer it to our clients as a viable bet. On paper that was a game that the Baltimore Ravens should have won on every level. Even with the Jacksonville Jaguars having the 7th rated defense in NFL, the Baltimore Ravens should have been able to slowly run up points and do enough to cover that line. The line coming out of Vegas opened up at 8.5 and 38 and that line climbed as high as 11.5 in some places and that should have told you something. I always say that the truth behind any sports bet first starts with the line and that line represents money. You know the old saying, follow the money and you will find the truth. All Vegas want’s is even action on that game and they make a ton on the VIG. Going into that game the Jacksonville Jaguars were 2-4 against the spread and 2 of those losses came at home. On the flip side, the Baltimore Ravens were 5-1 against the spread and one of those wins were on the road against a shitty St Louis Rams team that hasn't covered the spread in one game all year. A lot of this is connect the dots and follow the money and
of course sprinkle in the fact that in reality it was a meaningless game for Baltimore and it meant everything to the Jaguars. The Jaguars play 5 more in conference games and two of those games are against the worst Colts team in the history of their proud existence. They could easily beat the Colts and that would bring the Jaguars to 4-5.
They also have one game against Tennessee that they can definitely squeak out a win and that would take them to 5-5. They have 2 games against Houston who are the conference leaders right now and if they found away to split those games, that would put them at 6-6, leaving them left with 4 games against Atlanta, San Diego, Tampa Bay and Cleveland. None of these teams have been dominant all year and all of these teams are beatable. San Diego proved that Sunday against the New York Jets. If the Baltimore Ravens found a way to go 3-1 against those teams that would leave them at 9-7 for the season putting them into a legitimate playoff spot. With all of that said the Baltimore Ravens could have come out and squashed all of those chances with one win on the road in Jacksonville. From a real Handicappers point of view that game had way to many variables and it's way to difficult to really predict the emotions of either one of these teams coming out on to the field. At best you can make an educated guess and get lucky. A gambler who needed action that night was certainly going to jump all over that game - (most likely Baltimore) and a Handicapper who doesn't care about their clients bottom line will throw that game at them just hoping to squeak in a win and try to make themselves look great. Unfortunately for so many of those Gamblers and rookie Handicappers they got burnt on that game and Baltimore never showed up. Here at www.EliteWinnersClub.com we chose not to move on that game, we decided that the best offense is a great defense and our clients were happy Tuesday morning. Many of them were hoping to get a play that night and some even complained. Many of them told us we were crazy and that Baltimore was going to blow them out of the water. The one's that we were able to convince to lay off the game called us the next day and thanked us but for those who didn't listen, they took an unnecessary beating. As a Sports Gambler consider the variables and what's most important for your bottom line, don't bet unless it makes sense and the match is fitting. Good luck moving forward on all of your Gambling endeavors.
